As our product matured and features expanded, managing design elements became increasingly challenging. Feature designs were scattered across various files, leading to inconsistencies and inefficiencies in both interface and behavior.

To address this, I led the development of a comprehensive design system for Quire. This system involved meticulously organizing assets and components in a logical manner, establishing a standardized foundation for both web and mobile applications.

The implementation of the design system has has resulted in several benefits. Firstly, it has significantly increased the speed of design and development work, improving efficiency by up to 25% and freeing up valuable time for our team to tackle more complex problems and drive further product innovation.
